Quotations

We are an online business only and prefer communication via email. This allows all staff involved in your order to refer to any comments or instructions should one team member be unavailable.

If your matter is urgent, our Director may contact you by phone. Please note that phone calls are intended only to resolve urgent situations and are not generally used to place orders or make standard enquiries.

Quotes are provided based on your initial request for quantity, style and specifications. Any changes made prior to finalising your order, including quantity or style changes, may result in a revised unit price at our discretion.

Acceptance of Order

All orders are subject to approval of styles, quantities, fabric availability and our ability to meet requested schedules or deadlines.

Tiny Legacy will confirm by email once your order is approved and ready to begin production. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production, as all orders are customised. Approximate turnaround times can be provided on request.

It is your responsibility to carefully check all artwork before giving final approval, including spelling of personalised text, student names, colours, styles and layout. If you are unsure of colours or layouts, please contact us and we will be happy to assist or provide samples where possible.

Once artwork has been approved, we will assume all details have been checked carefully. If an error has been made by Tiny Legacy, we will reprint your order.

When Ordering

All images, logos, text and content supplied by customers must have the appropriate permissions from the original creator or copyright owner where required.

Please ensure that all images supplied are high resolution, with a minimum of 300dpi, and provided in JPG, PDF or PSD format where possible.

Delivery

Delivery is arranged via courier or Australia Post. If you require tracking details for your order, please advise us at the time of ordering.

We may take out insurance for damage in transit where applicable. However, if you are not available at the delivery address or have provided an incorrect address, Tiny Legacy will not be responsible for non-delivery and you may be liable for any additional redelivery fees.

Once your order has been received, it is your responsibility to check it thoroughly. You must notify us of any discrepancies within 14 days of delivery. After this time, you may not be entitled to a reprint or remedy.

Product Description

Every care is taken to describe and portray products as accurately as possible on our website and within our marketing materials. However, variations may occur in the final product.

Colour representations may vary depending on your monitor or device settings. Artwork provided for approval is a visual representation only and colours may appear differently on different screens.

If you require an exact print colour match, please provide the relevant colour codes. Please note that our satin material is not custom dyed, so any colour match request will be supplied using the closest available fabric colour.

Refunds

Tiny Legacy does not offer refunds for customised orders.

If an error has been made by us in the printing or production process, we will take full responsibility and may reprint the order or provide a credit at the Fodiscretion.

Cancellations

Orders are considered final once they have been placed and a deposit or full payment has been made.

Cancellations are not accepted for finished merchandise. Cancellations requested prior to production may be permitted, however charges may apply for artwork already in progress, completed embroidery or design setup, and any merchandise prepared for production.

Price Match

If you find the exact same item on another Australian ABN-registered online store, we may be able to match the competitor’s total quoted cost.

Conditions:

1. The competitor must be an Australian ABN-registered business and currently trading.
2. The competitor product must be identical to our listed product in size, colour, fabric, style, cut, stitching, material and finish, with no amendments. Please provide the competitor artwork where possible.
3. You must provide an original competitor quote or invoice addressed to your company name and billing address. The quote or invoice must show:
   • the current date, no more than 7 days old;
   • the price per item;
   • the total amount owing; and
   • a clear description of each item ordered, including colour, style, print and material.
4. Once we confirm the quote is genuine, our team may proceed with a Price Match offer.
5. Price Match is not guaranteed and remains at the discretion of our team.

Price Beat

Where suitable, Tiny Legacy may choose to offer a Price Beat deal. This includes a 10% discount on the total competitor quoted cost, subject to approval by our team.

Conditions:

1. The competitor must be an Australian ABN-registered business and currently trading.
2. The competitor product must be identical to our listed product in size, colour, fabric, style, cut, stitching, material and finish, with no amendments. Please provide the competitor artwork where possible.
3. You must provide an original competitor quote or invoice addressed to your company name and billing address. The quote or invoice must show:
   • the current date, no more than 7 days old;
   • the price per item;
   • the total amount owing; and
   • a clear description of each item ordered, including colour, style, print and material.
4. The Price Beat deal applies to one order per customer and will not be issued repeatedly to the same customer.
5. Price Beat is not guaranteed and no additional discounting will be applied after the initial approved deal.
6. The 10% Price Beat discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
7. Our team retains the final decision on whether a Price Beat offer will be applied.
